UI/UX/Web designer in Peachy

📃About company and projects:

Our company is an ecommerce design and development agency. We are getting bigger and that is why we are looking for talented, motivated and experienced UX/UI Designer on a remote full-time job (not freelancing). You will get a chance to work with a lot of different and interesting projects. We care deeply about what we do and truly enjoy delivering high-end design ideas. Currently looking for a specialist with a focus on complex and creative interface design. 

•️What we’re looking for:

• Work with design systems, a visual design language or brand guidelines;
• At least 3 years' experience with UX/UI & web design; 
• Strong design and artistic skills;
• Experience with adaptive/responsive design principles: strong understanding of responsive design and the limitations/opportunities on touch devices;
• Experience with designs for e-commerce direct to consumer websites.
• Understand the principles of HTML and CSS;
• Experience in graphic design, iconography, styling, and animation;
• Have a clear understanding of UX (user flow, prototyping, interactions, analytics);
• Experience with wireframing tools: ability to develop wireframe- and prototype-based visual styles;
• Ability to understand complex business and system requirements and translate these into simple UI concepts;
• Experience in managing both UI/UX initiatives for mobile applications and websites;
• Knowledge of UI typography, color-coding, layout, visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in PS, AI;
• Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines;
• Intermediate English level and higher (both spoken and written).

•️Will be a plus:

• Create illustrations / icons design for UI;
• Design simple UI animations.

•️Your tools:

• Sketch + Figma;
• Ps, Ai, InvisionApp / Zeplin, Balsamiq;
• After Effects, Principle, Framer — a big plus.

•️Responsibilities:

• Conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing;
• Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques;
• Create up-to-date, high-quality and catchy design pieces;
• Analyzing and reviewing competitor products and bringing innovative ideas and concepts.

We search for powerful, high end branding solutions and avoiding template design and usage of patterns.

We work with the clients that come to make a «jump» over the head in their brand statement and recognition on the market.

Searching for simple, intuitive but creative ideas for e-commerce constituents for our stores. We want the clients admire our designs and their users to be impressed by the solutions offered.

Advanced skills in animation and custom graphics would be a special benefit.
