Experience required:

• Experience as a UI / UX designer for at least 3 years
• Experience with design systems
• Knowledge Figma, JIRA
• Working with information architecture (mind map, user flow, mockups, ...)
• Deep knowledge of visual design principles
• Experience in developing design for desktop and mobile solutions
• Experience in conducting surveys, interviews and testing solutions

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of HTML / CSS
• Working with animation
• Agile / Scrum

Duties:

• Work as part of a product team
• Conduct product analysis, work with quantitative and qualitative data, conduct User research and Usability testing
• Identify the goals and needs of users / clients, compose "Personas", describe User Journey Maps and build User Flows
• Develop Wireframes, Mockups and Clickable Prototypes
• Work on design systems
• Present design solutions to the team / stakeholders
