Technical Writer in Appside

Required skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer in the IT field (technical documentation, terms of reference, user documentation)
• Experience in API documentation and IT solution architecture
• Basic understanding of the purpose of the main technologies (HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, SQL, JS, etc.)
• Basic understanding of client-server architecture
• Knowledge and experience in Confluence, Jira
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to independently collect, analyze and structure information
• Understanding of methodologies and requirements life cycle as well as software development
• Systems thinking, understanding the interaction of system components and their mutual influence on each other
• The desire to independently conduct a study of internal and external sources of information to obtain answers to questions
• Attention to important details when describing product requirements

Will be a plus:

Having a portfolio with examples of your work

Responsibilities:

• Description of business processes using BPMN and UML notations.
• API and architecture documenting Creation of technical / user documentation
• Keeping documentation up to date
• Tracking the latest changes for the described functionality
• Team interaction
