Project Description: Our customer is looking for a developer with strong problem determination skills to help diagnose and resolve technical issues of moderate complexity for Customer Support team. This will include helping with onboarding tasks and remediating issues for current customers. You will work directly with both the Engineering and Customer Support team to deliver “white glove service” to prospective and current customers.

The daily work includes regular updating of support cases to record progress of open issues, helping customer support with issues that arise, interacting with Engineering for items that require escalation, and documenting technical solutions and product information in our internal documentation.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide technical product support to customers via internal teams;
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support;
  • Provide problem diagnosis and root cause analysis for technical issues;
  • Publish technical help updates for internal use;
  • Work with Customer Support, Product, and Engineering teams to address recurring issues/relevant application upgrades.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience;
  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Competence working in MacOS/Linux command line environments;
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Postgres.


Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Shopify platform;
  • Experience working with hybrid remote teams.
