In our product, bot development and communication platform Kwizbot, we are looking for a technical lead (product lead) with the prospect of rapidly growing the technical and business team. The team now has front-end dev, back-end dev, devops in those teams, as well as sales, marketing, PM in the management team. The product has been introduced into the processes of large corporate clients in Ukraine, is actively sold and will be introduced to international clients in 2021. More about us: https://evergreens.com.ua/ru/ More about working with us: https://evergreens.com.ua/ru/team/career.html More about the Kwizbot product https://kwizbot.io To achieve the goals you need: * OR for js developer positions (back end, front end) from 3 years; * OR for the position of Team / TechLead from one year in the development of web projects, the ability to manage those team; * Ability to work out the architecture of new projects, participation in the formation of decisions, readiness to make decisions and be responsible for them; * experience in the development of chat bots, interest in them, understanding of the capabilities of messengers * understanding of the principle of "estimates in hours", the ability to calculate the "correctness" of such an estimate; * team participation in raising the general level of development in the company, forming corporate standards and introducing new techniques and technologies; * leadership and organizational skills, ambition, having a big goal in life; * understanding and desire to develop your own product. ** Required skills: ** * Experience in production with js * Our stack is Node.js, Vue.js, Express Js, async / sync, sockets, npm, redis; * Good understanding of REST, MVC, OOP, Design Patterns, MySQL / MariaDB / Postgresql, GIT, Gitlab, Docker; * Work with highly loaded systems, queues, integration projects; * On some projects we have AWS, on some other systems * Experience in project documentation. ** Will be a plus: ** * DialogFlow, Speech to text / Text to speech systems, NLP (Natural Language Processing); * Understanding ML ** Your goals in the team: ** * Development of core functionality (core and key modules) of the product; * Participation in the pre-sale preparation of bot projects on our own platform (consulting on technical parts, drawing up technical specifications, choosing the optimal implementation); * Thinking over and drawing up the architecture of the project; * Code review, mentoring; * Responsibility for the quality of the product (compliance of the functionality with the product, control of the availability of documentation); * Management of a team to develop your own projects. ** Working with us you will receive: ** * Office in the most colorful district of Kiev, in Podil.
