WHAT TASKS

Our candidate is a creative, product-oriented engineer who will be proficient in end-to-end development of new features while contributing to our code.

We are looking for someone who loves to bring new features to customers and takes pride in the quality of their work.

Duties:

• lead the development team, manage the implementation and release process
• actively participate in making technological and product decisions
• establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders on requirements, development and quality issues.
• collect, analyze and process requirements with the development team and business analysts
• develop and maintain technical documentation (specifications, diagrams, layouts)
• monitor and improve application performance
• write tested, high-quality, easily maintainable code in accordance with best practices
• deploy applications to environments in accordance with existing code promotion standards
• Troubleshoot problems, create easy-to-understand RCA reports and troubleshooting guides
• identify areas for improvement in technical standards, tools, processes and champion development best practices

WHAT WE EXPECT

• solid knowledge and experience with Ruby on Rails (from 4 years) (RSpec, Webpacker, Capistrano)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, Redis
• understanding of React Native, also Stimulus, Vue
• Knowledge of Python would be a plus
• Experience with cloud systems required
• good communication skills, English Intermediate and above
