Tech Lead Mobile iOS/Android in Job Advice Agency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create your team and manage it;

• Development of applications for the iOS/Android platform and their further support;

• Help in optimizing the development process to accelerate the release cycle;

• Organization of the work process of the mobile team, assessment of requirements implementation time, assistance in prioritization, etc.;

• Monitoring trends in the field of mobile development;

• To maintain direct contact with the product, testing and evaluation of new technologies for the perspective and possibility of use in our product;

• Focusing on the quality, security and stability of the application.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mobile development experience of 5 years or more (iOS/Android);

• Experience in the role of Team/Tech Lead from 1 year;

• Programming experience using Swift;

• Experience using the Kotlin programming language;

• Multi-module architecture;

• Knowledge of basic architectural patterns (Lean Architecture, MVVM, MVP, Viper);

• Life cycles of Android (Actions and Fragments);

• Availability of successfully implemented projects in AppStore/TestFlight/MDM;

• Hands-on experience with the iOS SDK, understanding of iOS application architecture, official recommendations, tools and technologies of the iOS platform;

• Experience with version control using Git;
