Team Lead QA in Voypost

Responsibilities:

- Mentoring QA

- Testing of web and mobile applications;

- Component testing;

- Participate in Planning, Grooming and Design sessions;

- Creation and execution of regression sheets;

- Proposal of new ideas on how to improve the Software quality.

Required skills:

- Proactivity, creativity and leadership qualities

- Experience with QA at least 1 year

- Knowledge of web technologies;

- Knowledge of test design techniques;

- Knowledge and skills in requirements testing;

- Upper-Intermediate (so that you can communicate with clients and understand the product scope, participate in Project meetings, read and write technical documentation);

- Critical thinking;

- Understanding of Agile processes (Scrum and Kanban);

- Understanding of software project development cycle;

- Great communication skills.
