Training technical personnel

Delegating work and assignments to team members

Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems

Analyzing users' needs and then finding creative technical solutions

Working with goals and KPIs

Supervising system modifications

Conducting audits to identify areas of improvement

🟩Must have:

Experience with frameworks Angular/React

Experience in web-based development with modern JavaScript

Experience with NodeJs

Experience with micro-services design and development

Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills

Practical knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiar with Agile development methodologies

Strong system design skills

Excellent personal skills, collaboration, teamwork, and strong interface work.

7+ years of extensive SW development experience

4+ years of experience in the role of Tech/Team leader

11+ years general experience IT
