- Experience sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates in the IT industry  

- Knowledge of the recruitment process and sourcing channels  

- Intermediate English level to be able to communicate with the team and evaluate candidates English level  

- Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking  

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Will be a plus:  

- Proficiency with recruiting tools and skills to set up processes from scratch  

- Experience working with talents sourcing in countries besides Ukraine  

- Degree in psychology or human resources management  

Responsibilities:  

- Create candidate profiles and source candidates  

- Handle incoming requests from applicants  

- Interviewing applicants, provide feedback, and build the relationship  

- Evaluate candidate
