Talent Acquisition Manager in ITRS

Hive OS has large-scale plans and now we are looking for an experienced talent acquisition manager, ready for atypical hiring approaches and quick solutions based on quality analytics.

We will provide you with all the necessary tools to ensure successful recruitment at all stages. It’s important for us to hire the right people in the team to get the best result, not just for the sake of closing the position.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
• Strong decision-making skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing
• Experience in building an effective recruitment process (full-cycle), in collaboration with management to achieve a positive candidate experience
• Ability to communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

Nice to have:

• Headhunting experience
• Experience in international recruitment
• Experience as a Recruiting Manager/Recruiting Lead

Responsibilities:

• Management of the full recruitment cycle
• Close cooperation with HR Business Partner, managers of other teams, and stakeholders
• Cooperation with freelance recruiters and agencies
• Ensuring a steady flow of candidates for open positions and strategic planning for future vacancies
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide a plan to improve these indicators
• Recruitment marketing management
