Description:

We are looking for a Tableau Engineering Lead to join our ambitious project dedicated to one of the Clients of our Fin-tech portfolio. The successful candidate will be working as a part of the distributedcross-functional Scrum team based in Poland. Tableau Engineering Lead will be responsible for building highly interactive, customizable Tableau reports for large datasets. In this role, you will blend data to create powerful dashboards, create action filters, parameters and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau.

We are enthusiastic team, tightly integrated with the Customer and empowered for business and technical decisions. This Project is a part of the Multi-Year Program Plan.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Tableau Development Experience
• Proficiency in design and development of various dashboards, reports utilizing Tableau Visualizations like bar graphs, scatter plots, pie – charts, geographic visualization and other making use of actions, other local and global filters according to the end user requirement.
• Strong knowledge of database management in writing complex SQL queries, Stored procedures, database tuning, query optimization and resolving key performance issues
• Strong Experience in Oracle database technologies SQL and PL/SQL
• Sound knowledge in creating and executing SQL and PL/SQL scripts
• Proficient with Oracle, SQL Server and other major RDBMS
• Experience in BO reporting by executing canned reports, and adhoc reporting as per the reporting requirements drafted by Business team
• Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Create reports to users in Tableau by connecting various data sources.
• Handle Tableau admin activities granting access, managing extracts and Installations.
• Generate Dashboards with Quick filters, Parameters and sets to handle views more efficiently.
• Analyze the source data and handled efficiently by modifying the data types.
• Generate Dashboards by joining multiple complex tables.
• Create complex calculation fields using Table Calculation, Date, Aggregate functions in Tableau.
• Use DDL and DML to change data in Access tables such as Insert, Update, Delete records.
• Use SQL Join to fetch the data for Tableau Dashboard appropriately.
• Extensive use of complex SQL Query to generate complex e-commerce dashboard, etc.
