Yellow Media is looking for a candidate for the position of Customer Support Manager

Requirements:

- English - upper-intermediate (competent written communication);

- Expert-level knowledge of Google Drive tools; 

- Experience with Excel spreadsheets is required

- Experience in customer service

- Experience as an analyst or QA specialist who has worked with basic business systems and/or payment systems.


Responsibilities

- promptly process requests in the administrative system; 

- collaborate with the development team, be able to formulate technical requirements to solve problems

- set up new customers in the system and pricing; 

- look for the best ways to solve problematic requests;

- quickly process large amounts of information in Excel spreadsheets;

- work with requests that will come from the US or India

- revision of the salary level every 6-9 months or when your skills grow;
