Your functions will be:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner with knowledge
the procedure and rules for processing these requests through the ticket system;
Customer support (providing assistance and advice when installing, configuring and updating software);
Redirecting customer requests to the appropriate specialists to resolve problems/requests;
Preparation of proposals for optimizing and improving the systems for monitoring the performance of the company's products;
Maintaining the department's internal documentation up to date;
Implementation of contextual tasks for projects and activities of the company;
Maintaining a document describing the actions performed and decisions made, followed by entering decisions into a single database on the main problems in the work of the software;
Identification of requests for which it is worth improving the software and initiating tasks for their implementation;
Training employees and customers of the company to use the software.
Mandatory requirements:
English Upper Intermediate and above
Business writing skill
Understanding the structure of IT systems and their interaction
Ability to teach
Ability to succinctly express thoughts
Ability to configure complex software
The skill of searching, analyzing and structuring information
Ability to work in multitasking mode
