Description:

Our project is a robotic-assisted surgical system which is a software-controlled electromechanical system designed for surgeons to perform telerobotic minimally invasive surgery.

Our client is a global leader in medical technologies, that designs, develops, manufactures, and markets a wide variety of medical devices. GlobalLogic is taking part in the creation of an innovative surgical product that focuses on the treatment of the diseases and conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, lungs, abdominal wall, pelvic region, head, and neck.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE:

ISO 13485, ISO 9001, IEC 62304

SDLC understanding

Upper-intermediate / fluent English

Analytical mindset

Ability to analyze and interpret complex documentation (software requirements, design specifications, process descriptions, etc)

Ability to do multiple tasks with competing deadlines,

Strong team player

Experience in the medical industry (BA, BSA, Manual QA Engineer, or similar)

Job Responsibilities:

The role of a Software Quality Assurance Engineer is to ensure product SDLC compliance with the established quality management system and applicable standards, including:

• Reviewing all deliverables related to the product SDLC activities

• interacting with the project teams both on the GL side and on the side of the Client

• Conducting product risk analysis activities

• Analyzing the established processes and defining areas for improvement

Reviewing and/or creating project documentation (such as development reports, verification/validation plans and reports etc.)

Creation/control of software validation activities

Communicating with a customer on quality assurance topics

Assessing project activities against established procedures, standards, and regulations (QMS for medical device software development, SDLC for medical devices, risk management, etc.)
