Requirements:

• Many years of professional experience in software development in the automotive environment
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of functional safety
• In-depth knowledge of requirements management and requirements engineering (RE)
• Experience in the development of complex software controlled systems, i
• Good knowledge of embedded software development
• Very good knowledge of programming with C, knowledge of at least one other script or programming language (ideally C++11 and/or Python)
• Good knowledge of English / German fluently in word and writing

• Safe handling of standards such as ISO/IEC 9001, ISO27001, ISO 21434, ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE

Job Responsibilities:

• Creation of functional and security concepts
• Aligning the requirements of external and internal development teams
• Analysis of specifications, standards and legal requirements
• Specification of requirements for monitoring software, for example for powertrain, ADAS or BMS
• Design of software functions and software interfaces on/to the vehicle
• Assist in creating test specifications
• Support of SW tests (MIL)
• error analysis
