SMM-менеджер in Global Staff

Requirements:

Work experience in a similar position at least 2 years;

Be sure to have successful cases / portfolios;

Ability to write attractive texts in the field of MEDICINE, health, healthy lifestyle;

Competent Ukrainian and Russian languages (oral and written).

Knowledge of trends and current formats in SMM and Digita

Knowledge of Youtube, promotion and understanding of youtube algorithms (must have!);

Deep knowledge of targeted advertising launch

Professional knowledge and work with photography, video and graphic editors.

Ability to shoot video on the phone, create video content for stories and feed.

Creativity

Initiative, high involvement, focus on results, ability to work in a team.

Working conditions:

Constant employment. Remote work

the beginning of the working day is 09:00, the end of the working day is 18:00? lunch break 13: 0014: 00, days off Saturday, Sunday

Salary From 15000 to 25000 UAH.

The payment period is 1 time per month in the first days.

Functional responsibilities:

* Creation and formation of a brand promotion strategy in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and youtube)

* Search and analyze target audiences

* Creating a media plan: from understanding the task, choosing the necessary strategy, budget to achieving the goals

* Launch, test, optimize targeted and retargeting campaigns

* Maintain analytics and statistics of advertising campaigns and strategies

* Maintain all social accounts Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and youtube

* Creation of a content plan of activities in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and youtube)

* Writing Posts, Posting Content and Stories.

* Visual design of creatives.

* Attracting subscribers and increasing the audience of potential customers;

* Support for high activity and audience engagement in content. * Ability to make cool news for any reason, interesting to subscribers.

* Communication with subscribers, prompt feedback, page moderation, work with comments, reviews, criticism;

* Building cooperation with bloggers and opinion leaders.
