Necessary skills:
✓ Ability to carry out a full cycle of project planning - market research/budgets and resources/project structure/strategy description;

✓ Hands-on experience with Ahrefs/Semrush/Majestic/Surferseo/Netpeak software/screaming frog/etc;
✓ At least theoretical experience in the relationship between conversion/funnel and project promotion strategy;
✓ Knowledge of English at least intermediate level (knowledge of other languages will be a big plus).
Work experience:
✓ From 1.5 years in the position of an SEO specialist in regions outside the CIS region;
✓ Personal experience in running at least 2-3 successful projects from scratch (successful traffic indicators depending on the niche);
✓ Practical experience of interaction with in-house and/or outsourcing resources in design/front/content/links directions and delegation of relevant powers.
Responsibilities:
✓ Promotion of projects in Google/Bing in non-CIS regions;
✓ Carrying out market analysis and competitor assessment;
✓ Planning a strategy for promoting resources in Google / Bing;
✓ Conducting SEO audits of projects;
✓ Monitoring and analytics on projects and the effectiveness of the measures taken;
✓ Reporting on project results;
✓ Planning the cost and income structure of the project;
✓ Interaction with related teams: design, tech, content, Linkbuilding, etc.;
✓ Participation in the formation of effective working promotion strategies;
✓ Tracking achieved KPIs for projects;
✓ Recording and description of successes for use in future practices;
Goals for probation:
✓ Knowledge of the structure, resources, and processes of the company, necessary to complete the full cycle of work with projects;
✓ Conducted and fixed with the head of the research market + strategy + structure of the project or projects + necessary budgets and resources;
✓ Conducted cycle of preparation and launch of the project/projects with subsequent indexing;
✓ At least 80% of planned queries in the top 100 in the selected GEO;
✓ Conducted audit of at least 1 project from the company’s pool.
