Our customer is a Swiss multinational company that manufactures escalators, moving walkways, and elevators worldwide, founded in Switzerland in 1874. Schindler produces, installs, maintains, and modernizes elevators and escalators in many types of buildings including residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.

Developing web UI to further automate test processes

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial web development experience;
• Experience with JavaScript, React.js(Next.js), Material UI, Jest technology stack.
• Good analytical skills, debugging, troubleshooting, unit and E2E testing, code review,
• Experience with REST API or Java would be a plus
• Spoken English, Team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing web UI to further automate test processes
• Back-end enhancements: Focus on API customizations for data retrieval/storage.
• Development of unit and e2e tests Cypress for e2e, Jest/Pytest for unit tests
• Customer needs gathering and detailed requirements elaboration
• Conduct core reviews and team discussions for definition & prioritize task packages
