SENIOR TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER (RUBY) in SoftServe

In frames of extending collaboration, we are looking for a talented Test Automation and Manual Engineer who enjoys working with business requirements.

You will be involved in a cross-national team, building innovative products within collaborative, cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to multiple coding disciplines and standards, as well as contributing to its stability. YOU ARE

An experienced Test Automation Engineer with also knowledge of Manual testing for more than 3 years of relevant QA technical experience including Software Development and/or Software Quality Assurance, demonstrating the following competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Hands-on experience writing automated tests for command-line interfaces and web applications
• Practice with a programming language (preferably Ruby) is a must
• Monitoring and maintaining automated tests in Continuous Integration
• Implementing one or more Test Automation Frameworks
• Using Cucumber or similar test automation tool
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
• A concept of JIRA, Jenkins, and Git
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
• Understanding of Agile software development
• Fluent written/verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills

• Reviewing and providing testing feedback on product requirements

• Documenting and reporting defects with the steps needed to reproduce
