A little tired of "top" and "best". Everything is much simpler - we are looking for a professional and charismatic person who will increase our sales.

Currently, there are 1 Sales+2 sales assistants in the team and we are waiting for a specialist to head the department.

FROM YOU:

- 4 years as a sales manager;

- experience of working with outsourced and/or outstaffed teams;

- experience in IT (product / service) from 2 years;

- practical experience of using outbound sales techniques;

- experience with any CRM (HubSpot preferred);

- the ability to build high-quality communication;

- confident English (C1 oral and written);

- experience with the full cycle of sales (from the incoming call to the conclusion of the agreement);

- knowledge of sales strategy.

What are the tasks?

- control over all requests from customers that come through marketing campaigns or lead generation;

- communication with potential clients/partners during; - the entire sales cycle and after the conclusion of the agreement;

- conducting intro calls;

- creation and implementation of an effective sales process;

- team management.
