Description:

We are looking for talents to join our team for a multinational investment bank and financial services company founded and based in Switzerland.

We are developing a business-process automation platform using a combination of modern technologies, microservices architecture, and proven integration patterns.

As a part of our growing team in Poland, you will work together with customer’s international multi-functional agile delivery team, including analysts, architects, software engineers, and product owners, building together responsive, accessible and compliant components whilst following the best coding practices.

It is a great chance to become a part of a distributed, cross-functional team. This Project is a part of an ongoing program plan.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software projects
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies
• Strong knowledge of practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering and solutions assessment
• Hands-on knowledge & experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) software development methodologies.
• Ability to maintain knowledge base on the business needs
• Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation (diagrams, UML, BPMN)
• Fluent English
• Experience in the finance software domain would be a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and subject matter experts to gather and document business and functional requirements
• Definition and planning of work for the software project team
• Supporting the estimation process for features or change requests.
• Create/maintain project knowledge base
• Regularly participate in planning, status, review, and retrospective meetings both with your team and with the customer.
