Senior Product Manager
We are looking a Senior Product Manager who will gather and lead a squad of
professionals.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and precise, with a creative
and a resourceful mind, bright, proactive, able to work.
**You will be expected to** :
\- Foster evidence-based decision-making communication with stakeholders
\- Prioritise while juggling needs of customers and stakeholders
\- Take ownership over roadmapping process
\- Live customers’ pains and challenges
\- Know competitors by name, feature, last month revenue
\- Make sense out of product and team metrics
\- Develop and deliver growth strategy together with the marketing team
\- Build a portfolio of complimentary products
\- Be a Jira-ninja
\- Contribute to technical discussions
\- Do other stuff that cool PMs do…
**You are a perfect match for us, if you have** :
\- At least 3 years of relevant experience
\- Experience of launching a product from 0
\- Experience in managing portfolio of products
\- Working with 10+ people dev teams
\- Successful Mobile and WEB project in the past
\- Experience in Fintech would be an advantage
\- Advanced English knowledge
\- Understanding of cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
