— 2+ years of experience in performance marketing for English Speaking Markets
— You can create ad copies on your own without the copywriter help
— Proficient knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads,
Facebook Ads
— You get things done
— Great communication skills — you can easily work closely with a lot of
people
### Would be an advantage:

— You have the ambition to become a marketing lead
— Previous experience with the Real Estate/PropTech market
— Previous experience in promoting new products (go-to-market strategy
execution)
— Previous experience with US B2C products
— Ability to analyze complex data and deliver meaningful conclusions that can
be turned into actionable decisions
— Marketing copywriting skills

### Main responsibilities:
###
— Plan, launch and manage paid channels acquisition campaigns (Google Ads,
Facebook Ads, Bing, etc)
— Optimizing key metrics including CPL, CTR, CAC, managing the budget
— Running dozens of A/B tests to validate assumptions
— Working closely with the product team to reach the company’s marketing goals
— Reporting of core metrics across the team
