It will be your responsibility to build the strategic software solution for Hitachi. The solution is dedicated to supporting personal modes of transportation through different modes of transport. The assumptions include the following: Be-in/Be-out in many configurations; Pre- and Post- paid transaction or client recognition thanks to Bluetooth or RFID technology.

Requirements:

 We are looking for a person with the following skills:- At least 1 year of experience in Business Analyst role;- Good knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering, gap and root cause analysis.- Requirements management;- Interdependencies tracking and recording within a project and a Program;- Cross-functional requirements traceability.- Ability to produce and maintain product documentation.- Writing User stories from different perspectives (A system, a User).- Applying different techniques (Test driven, behavioral driven).- Ability to maintain project knowledge base/wiki.- Ability to create clear and concise project supportive documentation (user stories, use cases, use case diagrams, data flow and process diagrams).- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence;- Understanding of SDLC and Scrum/Kanban;- Problem solving and self-organizing skills;- Excellent communication skills;- Advanced English, both spoken and written;   skills keywords:Must have: Requirements management, JIRA, Confluence, Mindmap, Scope management, Stakeholders management Nice to have: Agile, UML, Use case diagrams, Google Workspace, MS Office

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to take part in creation of a global transportation platform. Such a platform would address transportation service providers needs. You will join a Team of talanted specialists and work in Agile environment.

It will be your responsibility to:

Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and document business needs, functional, non-functional and integration requirements.

Conduct complex and thorough research of existing documents, processes and desired objectives to develop detailed systems specifications to meet the project goals. Translate requirements into detailed specifications (User Stories, Use cases, diagrams) to support the desired system design, development and testing. Work closely with Product owners, Business Amalysts, UX/UI experts, Software Architects (Dev Leads) and QA Engineers. Identify and communicate risks and issues impacting the project. Use your stakeholder management skills on daily basis; Facilitate project events (Scrum-related or other); Track created requirement items and sign-off.
