Senior PHP Developer – Assistant Manager in Alli Interactive

Overview of the position: 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications

• Ensure a good teamwork atmosphere 

• Management of documentation processes

• Take a leading role in project planning and reporting

• Lead recruitment strategy and final round interviews when we are recruiting

• A big plus if you can coach the full-stack developers 

Qualifications: 

• Experience working in a company that has very professional documentation and planning systems 

• Experience in a senior position 

• Laravel or similar PHP MVC frameworks such as Symfony, CodeIgniter and CakePHP 

• Experience in modern front end development - VUE, Livewire, Alpine.js, Svelte, Angular, etc. 

• Fluency in English, strong communication skills 

• Strong coding abilities 

• Open mind to different cultures — as you will be reporting to a British manager, working with European and Chinese developers, and sometimes communicating with different internal colleagues from around the world. 

• Team leading experience would be a big plus.

• Full-time (40 hours/week) with very flexible working hours

• Salary: €2,400-3,200/month
