Description:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing and supporting high quality software solutions.

You will work within an Agile team who are passionate about technology and constantly looking to innovate. Core development stack covers: C#, .NET Core, MSSQL, REST API, SQL Server, microservices & AWS.

Established in 2001, the company is well-positioned at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries, providing sports federations, news media, consumer platforms and sports betting operators with a range of solutions to help grow their business.

Requirements:

• Masters or Bachelor degree in software development (or relevant experience)
• 5+ years of professional experience .NET/C#
• Strong understanding of object-oriented development and SOLID principles
• Ability to write clean, readable and easily maintainable code
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices & Cloud Computing (AWS preferably)
• Proficient in writing Unit Tests using Moq, Arrange, Act & Assert
• Experience in writing Integration Tests & TTD
• Experience with cloud, containers and messaging technologies are considered a plus (Docker especially)
• Familiarity of Agile/Scrummethodologies & DevOps (CI/CD) practices
• Ability to mentor/coach and encourage team working
• Curiosity and awareness of the latest technologies

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating flexible systems that work across a variety of sports
• Maintaining existing partner applications
• Demonstrating attention to detail whilst implementing technical specifications
• Take ownership in shaping and delivering key features and products
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code, increasing unit test coverage and confidence
• Contribute to the development of software services optimized for deployment in containers.
• Collaborate with and become integral to a cross-functional team of Product, Design, Engineering, and System Administration
