Senior Logistics Development & Partnerships Project Manager in Printful

Printful’s Business Development Team focuses on creating and developing a strategy that can maximize the company’s growth with new market expansions, industry partnerships, investments, and more. Our team also provides the necessary market research and intelligence to other Printful departments.

We’re looking for an ambitious and talented Senior Logistics Development & Partnerships Project Manager to join our international team of experts.

Your daily tasks will include:

• being the opinion leader and point of contact for our shipping and logistics strategy both internally and externally
• communicating and strengthening relationships with our logistics partners, negotiating and advancing the company's interests with them (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.)
• conducting regular reviews of shipping carrier performance
• carrying substantiated research and looking for ways to improve global shipping processes
• approaching and onboarding new shipping carriers and logistics partners
• setting and owning our shipping roadmap and pricing strategy, in cooperation with other involved departments
• working closely with IT and cross-department teams on project implementation
• making data-based business decisions, working with data and analytics
• attending industry events around the world
  

Below is a list of formal requirements, but what matters the most is that you have a result-oriented mindset, a high standard of work, and a desire to learn . Since we’re an international team, our teammates also need excellent English skills .

Here’s what we expect from you:

• understanding of business processes and ability to make substantiated decisions
• ability to collaborate with different teams (production, finance, legal, IT, marketing, etc.)
• experience as a negotiator
• experience in business development, project management, or similar field
• ability to focus on customer needs, offer solutions, and achieve results
• an energetic, can-do attitude
• proficiency with different project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Teamgantt, or similar)
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, delivery services, or similar field will be considered an advantage
