Qualifications:

1. Possession of a higher legal education;
2. Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the field of international law;
3. Fluent English language skills (C1 and above);
4. Knowledgeable in international law and migration legislation;
5. Previous employment as a lawyer in an international company is advantageous;
6. Experience in legal and tax consultancy, as well as drafting opinions on legal justifiability and risks;
7. Ability to independently delve into the specifics of the company's operations and local legislation;
8. Traits of responsibility, high efficiency, initiative, and integrity.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Providing legal support for company agreements, including those on an international scale;
2. Assisting in legal and administrative support for international projects, involving the preparation of documents in English (contracts, powers of attorney, protocols, resolutions, etc.);
3. Crafting client contracts - B2S, B2B, B2C;
4. Conducting due diligence on counterpart companies;
5. Collaborating with Latvia and other state regulatory authorities, participating in negotiations with foreign counterparts;
6. Analyzing legislation and corporate practices, preparing legal opinions, and providing expertise in international business structures.
