Qualifications:
Possession of a higher legal education;
Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the field of international law;
Fluent English language skills (C1 and above);

Duties/Responsibilities:
Providing legal support for company agreements, including those on an international scale;
Assisting in legal and administrative support for international projects, involving the preparation of documents in English (contracts, powers of attorney, protocols, resolutions, etc.);
Crafting client contracts - B2S, B2B, B2C;
Conducting due diligence on counterpart companies;
Collaborating with Latvia and other state regulatory authorities, participating in negotiations with foreign counterparts;
Analyzing legislation and corporate practices, preparing legal opinions, and providing expertise in international business structures.
