Senior Hands-On Team Lead in ANVI

About us:

ANVI is an international Ukrainian-Israeli company that has been operating for over 8 years. At the moment, our team has more than 70 employees.

The company deals with outstaff and outsourcing vacancies, cooperates with Canadian, American, Israeli, and European companies.Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side web applications and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in PHP, with 5+ years of experience building object-oriented websites on LAMP stack.

- Strong proficiency in C#.

- Experience with JavaScript and Python.

- Strong knowledge of MySQL database relations and data collection.

- Proficiency in multi-server architecture and web scraping techniques.

- Strong knowledge of Linux.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate alternatives and identify the best technology solutions to address business needs.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent level of verbal and written English communication skills.

Advantage:

- Experience with NodeJS

- Experience with API integration and working with Data Studio, Google Sheets, xlsx, docx, and pdf formats.

- Location Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine (for in-office work).

Responsibilities:

- Design and plan the future architecture of the SEO software, including technology decisions, scalability, and performance considerations.

- Create and manage a new development team.

- Oversee the development process from start to finish, managing the team of developers and ensuring the system runs smoothly.

- Manage the organizational and financial impacts of proposed architectural solutions.

- Continuously assess the systems architecture currently in place and work to identify areas for improvement.
