Senior Graphic Designer in RDV Group LTD

Responsibilities:

- Brainstorms, creates and develops original ideas to be used as part of marketing campaigns and website design

- Analyse creative briefs and usher ideas from concept to production of various deliverables such as website and landing pages, social media content, online advertising, banners, etc.

- Develops graphic elements using traditional tools, multimedia, image processing and design software

- Creates and updates marketing materials to be used across various media platforms.

- Collaborate with creative, project management, development, sales and marketing teams

- Apply knowledge based on a background in design theory and principles with an eye for quality aesthetic

- Design high-quality graphic design experiences based on style guidelines and industry best practices

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest industry techniques for graphic design, illustration, UI, UX, etc.

Skills & Requirements:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience creating digital/physical assets and implementing graphical design

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Sketch. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a plus.

- Experience focusing on marketing strategies and how to provide creative solutions to briefs and requests

- Experience creating site mapping and storyboards 

- Strong conceptual thinker with design sensibilities

- A collaborative team player with an interest in researching design and graphical design trends 

- Self-motivated, resourceful, hardworking with a positive attitude

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
