- What you'll do:
- Plan, architect, design, develop, test, deploy and support backend systems and services.
- Become a valued member of an autonomous, multi-functional team and contribute to growing the skills and knowledge of your peers.
- Coordinate technical projects across teams within Arabesque.
- Facilitate the collaboration with other specialists, researchers, product owners, and designers to ensure we deliver the maximum value to our customers.
Who you are:
- You have a strong computer science and programming fundamentals
- You are an experienced technical leader or one the verge of becoming one
- You have a deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- You care about quality, details and you know what it means to ship high-quality code that is easy to maintain and extend, test coverage is your pride.
- You have strong coding skills in at least one programming language, and a desire to pick up more. We work primarily in Golang, but also Python and others.
- You feel comfortable configuring and working in cloud environments, preferably GCP
- You like to stay on top of the latest technological innovations in your field
What you could work on:
- Build scalable APIs for our platforms and tools
- Data applications spanning financial and non-financial information to power the value-driven decision making
- Our insights platform which leverages state-of-the-art research in finance and sustainability to enable both institutional and retail users improve their sustainability performance / practices

Interview process:
1. initial call/values board (screen interview with the company)
2. Tech assessment with no deadline (coding test in 2 parts) - 2 hour time limit. If getting 50-60% - than candidate is inviting to the next stage
3. Skills board (with few members of the tech team) - to see how the candidate solves a tech problems.
For the Senior roles there might be 4-th stage with C-level managers.
Its 2-3 days between the stages.
Salary -
Associate role (middle role) - 42-76k EUR/ annually gross
Senior role - 84-100k EUR/ annual gross
