Senior Golang developer in MDCONSULT

Innovative agency MDConsult is looking for a Senior Golang Developer for a client.

Our client is a company that creates an interest-based offline social app that introduces you to interesting people through shared activities, which they call quests.

The goal of the project is to create a unique cultural and social center as an opportunity to meet interesting authentic personalities.

The main tasks for a Senior Golang developer:

High-quality implementation of features together with the team.

Functions that a Senior Golang developer will perform:

• Create, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Lead the development of innovative ideas, features and improvements for our products and services.
• Solve complex problems spanning applications, systems and infrastructure.
• Promote smooth cooperation with colleagues, technical specialists and management.
• Fix system crashes and bugs, working with developers to improve system reliability.
• Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share experience.
• Create high-performance, testable and maintainable code to implement new features.
• Participate in technical dialogues to develop solutions for complex problems
• Provide mentorship and actively share knowledge within the team

Required experience and knowledge:

• 4+ years of proven software development experience
• Proficiency in the Go programming language with at least 3 years of practical experience.
• Good knowledge of relational databases.
• Familiarity with well-known cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Proficiency in the architecture, design, and debugging of complex distributed systems (including microservices and event-driven architecture)
• Experience building large-scale, data-driven applications that operate at high speeds and volumes.
• Passion for creating clean, extensible and reliable code.

For the trial period $4,000, after the trial period $4,500 — $5,500
