Full-stack developer in MoreThan

A Full-Stack developer is needed to work on a large custom website with over 300k+ monthly visitors. You will be part of the Development team and help define and develop the project's infrastructure. The primary goal is to migrate a legacy project from Zend 2 + jQuery to Laravel 9 + VUE 3

Primary requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial PHP development experience
• Good understanding of Docker
• Ability to apply OOP and common software design principles in PHP
• Excellent knowledge of Mysql and database structure
• 3+ years of practical experience with Laravel + Vue
• 1+ year of practical experience with Laravel (7-9) + Vue 3 (composition API)
• Functional programming in JavaScript
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, jQuery
• Good architectural understanding of web applications.
• Higher technical education
• Experience in working with and architecting large/high-load applications.
• At the minimum intermediate level of written English (needs to understand and write technical requirements and documentation)

Good to have:

• Experience with REST API architecture and development
• Experience in writing tests with PHPUnit
• Experience with Mobile development on Vue 3

Responsibilities:

• Migrate a project from Zend 2 + jQuery to Laravel 9 + VUE 3
• Refactor and optimize existing legacy code
• Writing Unit tests and Project Documentation
• Code review and process optimization

Our research and development team was located in Kharkiv, Ukraine but we had to move to Wroclaw, Poland. While our main office is located in NYC, United States.
