Description:
The whole program covers the cooperation with our customer focused on the development and maintenance for the families of machine-to-machine modules providing to the industry devices the ability to communicate with through a cellular network. Our main tasks are to design and develop firmware by implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards as well as performing analysis and estimations of customer requirements. We are the team of specialists responsible for user interface layer, L2/L3 protocol stack issues and hardware-related area.
Now we are going to design and develop new products dedicated to the IoT and automotive markets.
Requirements:
- Experience in embedded systems software development
- Strong technical skills in programming using C language
- Knowledge of cellular telecommunication technologies: GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G
- Knowledge of data transmission protocols (TCP, UDP, IP and related)
- Understanding of signaling on radio interface
- Knowledge of software tools supporting software development process: GIT, Jira, Wireshark
- University degree in technical field

3GPP2, Embedded Linux, 5G
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and development of firmware for industrial cellular telecommunication devices in accordance with technical standards specified in L2 and L3 layers specified by 3GPP (CC, MM, SIM/USIM, RR, SS, MAC, RLC….)
- Working closely with analysts, developers, testers, project managers and consultants
- Support for pre-approval and approval sessions in certification labs
