Senior DevOps in Lynx Capital Partners

We are looking for a senior hands-on professional who is passionate about DevOps - a person who is ready for a challenge, has experience, maturity, and passion to succeed. Good problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills Responsibilities: -Constantly review DevOps operational procedures, identify inefficiencies and risks, propose and implement improved procedures -Find avenues for improving automation, prepare specifications for required tooling, set up development -Collaborate with R&D to create specialized DevOps management and monitoring tools -Work with the system administrators to improve our production, staging and development environments -Maintain up to date knowledge of our entire production environment in sufficient detail -Structure manuals & procedure documentation -Take part in product architecture development -Support for a structured knowledge base and documentation Required skills -5 years of experience in DevOps role. -strong background in Linux and Windows Administration -strong analytical skills and structured/systematic in your approach -excellent communicator, able to adapt style and detail to the audience -motivated, self-directed and driven -fluent in English. -project Management skills is a plus -Experience in financial services is a plus -striving for new knowledge -high level of responsibility -ability to make decisions independently and promptly -ability to find non-standard solutions in critical situations A Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or engineering is a plus but is not required. Prior financial services experience is also an asset but is also not a requirement.
