Senior Data Analyst in VP Team

How old is the project? What stage is he at?

The project is 1 year old, and we have big plans for development.

We are stable and live off our own investments. Startup founders are serial entrepreneurs with a wealth of experience working with startups.

What interesting problems are we currently working on?

We make decisions taking into account the specifics of various industries, so the approaches to implementing such a system are as innovative as possible. We do not work with tasks adapted to a specific product, but every day we face various challenges and solve problems on the edge in the industry.

What will be your area of responsibility?

• Improvement of the LTV model - development and improvement of forecasting accuracy.
• R&D research - search for approaches to solving problems and improving current solutions: for example, SKAd Network, Facebook restricted (you need to figure out how, despite the restriction, to distribute users among launched companies so that UA managers can evaluate these companies).

What professional skills are important to us?

• Experience in the field of mobile marketing from 3 years, understanding of the principles of mobile attribution and various trackers (such as AppsFlyer).
• Experience in building LTV forecasts in various types of monetization (ideally experience in subscription monetization).
• Good understanding of SKAd Network innovations.
• Good knowledge of SQL and intermediate+ level of Python.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding Git (GitLab, Bitbucket).
• What can be upgraded in this position?
• Tasks on ML and neural networks are partially possible.
• Is English required and at what level?
• Not important.

We are growing as a business and expanding our team to support this growth.

Team size and structure?

Now there are 15 people in the team. The structure of the company consists of several streams: Data Science stream (4 senior \ middle level people), Data Engineers and platform development direction. The team also has a product manager and head of R&D.

The team is distributed, our colleagues work in Belarus and Poland, but we are expanding in geography.
