What will you do:
• Be responsible for the planning and implementation of the CRM strategy and promotion plan for a specific player lifecycle stage;
• Report on the results of CRM activities;
• Launch and manage automated multi-channel campaigns;
• A/B testing of offers and content of various email campaigns; • Work with user segmentation.
What is important to us:
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Retention or email marketing;
• Experience in working with ESP, lifecycle journey automation and building a multi-channel communication strategy;
• Upper-intermediate+ level of English;
• Understanding email KPI, lifecycle segmentation and cohort analytics;
• Team player who can also work independently;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in vertical gambling.
