Senior Business Analyst in Printful

Printful’s Finance & Accounting Team works on data analytics, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, taxes, cash management, and more. The team plays a vital role in most transactions and provided support in becoming the first privately owned company with Latvian roots to achieve unicorn status (valued at over $1 billion).

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis Team. Our team’s mission is to help Printful make smarter, data-backed business decisions by translating large data sets into insights, comments, and recommendations.

Your daily tasks will entail:

• preparing regular and ad hoc reports, and presentations for the management team, board, and external stakeholders, continuously improving the quality and efficiency of the reporting process
• working together with the accounting team to ensure that accurate data is received for management reporting
• leading and overseeing the budgeting and forecasting processes
• participating in other Finance projects

What we expect from you:

• degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role
• positive experience and willingness to mentor and lead others
• good Excel knowledge; experience with Power BI or other BI tools will be considered an advantage
• outstanding communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• excellent written and spoken English
• proactiveness, analytical thinking, self-discipline, and attention to detail
• experience in management reporting and budgeting will be considered an advantage
• strong interest in eCommerce trends
