Description:

We are inviting an engineer to the team due to intensive growth in GlobalLogic Automotive division on the project with highly competitive opportunities for professional growth in:

-Expertise in test automation in Embedded.

-Experience in the Automotive domain

In this role, you will be responsible for recording and analyzing data for vehicle testing utilising CAN tools.

• Utilize configurator software tools to configure data acquisition devices, various sensors, CSM modules, etc
• Build and modify harnesses to connect devices and sensors to the equipment, testing on bench setup
• Verify proper configuration and data quality and install the data acquisition devices securely on the machinery
• Support data analysis process: download data from data acquisition devices, convert data, monitor data quality, transfer data to internal servers
• Compare internal data acquisition system with industry standards
• Write technical specifications for the development of new functionality
• Support integration through testing and troubleshooting

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automotive Test Engineer (or SDET) with automotive background for our Automotive Department.

Key responsibilities will be diagnostic and testing activities according to ISO26262

Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant STEM field of study
• Experience in testing electronics and/or systems
• Experience in C/С++, CAPL
• Hands-on experience testing, analyzing, and recording data using Vector Tools or relevant CAN tools such as CANalyzer, CAnape, CANoe, etc
• Highly proficient with vehicle sensors and capabilities, knowledge of functions and how to test and acquire relevant data from those sensors and hardware
• Hands-on experience in testing electronics in Automotive, Off-Highway, Agricultural or Defense vehicle applications
• Highly proficient with electronics testing and capable of fabricating test benches, harnesses, and other equipment to support data acquisition tools
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to review and troubleshoot issues
• Highly independent and able to complete complex tasks with limited direct supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization, clearly reporting on data and issues, and able to resolve problems with effective collaboration and negotiation
