Description:

The goal of our project is to migrate existing web applications to another platform and improve an overall system.

The system itself is a database providing loads of data for software developers and testers that create home appliances.

Our customer is a renowned German company that is a world leader in manufacturing home appliances, like washing machines, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, cooking robots, cook-tops, etc.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master or similar role in the IT sector
• Ability to work with tools supporting teamwork
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Scrum/Agile methodology
• Ability to acquire knowledge quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with the team and the customer
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high-quality assurance
• Effective communication skills (related to both task realization and progress reporting)
• Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Higher Education in the fields of information technologies or project management

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and manage project execution from initiation to the delivery phase
• Introduce execute Scrum framework in the Development teams
• Provide high-quality deliverables
• Manage project changes and risks
• Provide appropriate reports in a timely manner
• Gather and process customer feedback
• Participation in activities, in order to build a project team in cooperation with the customer
