Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience in agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban (with JIRA Agile)
• Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies (Planning Sessions, Stand-Ups, Reviews, Retrospectives), Backlog Refinement, and User Story Workshops
• Highly skilled in organizing, planning, and communication
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Telecom or Cloud technical background would be a significant plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban;
• Manage a team of 6+ engineers overall in the area of product deployment,robustness and load&stability verification ;
• Analyse the results and improve with each cycle;
• Care for your team to continuously improve regarding quality and efficiency of work as well as team cooperation;
• Participate in the process of building a collection of teamwork metrics, product quality in order to improve the effectiveness of the deliveries.
• Take care that your team complies with the development process
