SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Business Analyst in PM Partners

Job Description

• Senior business analyst with 6+ years of experience in ecommerce B2C projects

• Strong functional skills in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Content Management systems

• Ensure excellent quality, innovation, data-driven decision making with focus on high

customer satisfaction and great user experience

• Experience conducting workshops, gathering, and documenting requirements

• Review requirements and prepare the Scope Matrix template

• Conduct and facilitate the Discovery sessions

• Meet business and technology users and gather detailed requirements questionnaires and

discussions

• Create User stories and Process flows

• Perform "as-is/ to-be" analysis on business processes

• Functional Analysis to advise on Hybris implementation.

• Provide best practices and design patterns around implementing Hybris Commerce

application

• Analyse requirements and prepare the finalized Scope Matrix as well as Functional

Requirements document

• Break down the Requirements into and develop low-level User stories

• Discuss User stories with Business and Technology users, conduct the user story walk

through, identify dependencies & acceptance criteria and get all stakeholder's alignment

around the same

• Develop Test strategy and Testing plan to review the developed code for completeness and

alignment with User stories and Acceptance criteria

• Need to elaborate and able to understand, discuss and document the Requirements / User

stories with Business

• Need to understand and ability to groom User stories which will fit in Sprint plan

• Conduct prioritization discussion and maintain / manage backlog

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in software development

• At least 3 years of hands-on functional experience with SAP Hybris

• At least one full lifecycle implementation of an eCommerce platform

• 3+ years working with eCommerce business processes such as content management,

product information management, order management, checkout, SEO

• Strong knowledge of BA tools: modelling notations (UML, BPMN), diagram types and

tools (Visio, draw.io, etc.), UI wireframing and prototyping (Balsamiq Mockups,

InVision, etc.), backlog and wiki tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.)

• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban

• Strong Product Backlog Management skills

• Proven track record of end-to-end delivery experience for at least 3 software

projects

• Proactivity, ability to work without supervision, and decision-making skills

• Strong communication skills to motivate and influence a wide range of EPAM and

client stakeholders ranging from business leaders to software engineering teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
