— At least 1 year of experience as a Deal Closer in an IT service company;
— Advanced proficiency in English;
— A driven and passionate attitude;
— Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot;
— Understanding of the ABM approach.
Responsibilities:
On a daily basis, the responsibilities will involve handling leads received from various sources, such as LinkedIn, Email, Upwork (no bidding, only hot leads), website, and references. The tasks include:
1. Profiling every received lead;
2. Engaging with leads to introduce the company;
3. Clarify the requirements of the potential customer's requests;
4. Preparing proposals together with the Pre-Sale team;
5. Presenting proposals to potential customers;
6. Closing deals;
7. Providing weekly reports to the Head of Sales.
