Eventyr is experiencing active growth and is presently seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Business Development Manager who is eager to achieve success with us. As a part of our team, you will collaborate closely with the C-level, Marketing, and Sales teams to accomplish remarkable objectives.

Requirements:


— At least 1 year of experience as a Deal Closer in an IT service company;

— Advanced proficiency in English;

— A driven and passionate attitude;

— Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot;

— Understanding of the ABM approach.


Responsibilities:


On a daily basis, the responsibilities will involve handling leads received from various sources, such as LinkedIn, Email, Upwork (no bidding, only hot leads), website, and references. The tasks include:

1. Profiling every received lead;

2. Engaging with leads to introduce the company;

3. Clarify the requirements of the potential customer's requests;

4. Preparing proposals together with the Pre-Sale team;

5. Presenting proposals to potential customers;

6. Closing deals;

7. Providing weekly reports to the Head of Sales.
