Currently, we are looking for an experienced **Sales Operations Team Lead**
who will manage our Sales Operations Team, own the sales processes and propose
improvements to increase the performance and effectiveness of our
multicultural Sales Team.
Your mission will be to maximize the effectiveness of the sales flow via
building successful communications with a number of different departments,
improving current business processes, establishing, and launching new sales-
related procedures and activities, enabling the Sales Team to deliver the best
possible results.

### WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
* Lead & manage the Sales Operations Team and help your people to grow professionally.
* Develop and implement of short, medium- and long-term plans that align with corporate objectives and lead to the achievement of sales goals. This includes market analysis, GTM modeling, performance analysis, sales role definitions, territory optimization, quota management, compensation administration, forecasting, etc.
* Design, admin and monitor the effectiveness of sales opportunity-related activities to ensure they are aligned with the overall business objectives and result in higher conversion rate and increased revenue.
* Develop, automate, govern, measure, and improve the sales and revenue execution processes, enabling the process of consistent Sales Playbooks creation and updates.
* Select, implement, and admin of sales technologies that deliver user and business value.
* Plan, execute and overseeing of projects that improve sales performance, reduce administrative burden, increase revenue.
* Build communication flows between the Sales Operations Team and other departments, act as a mediator between the Sales Team and other departments within the company, run and participate in cross/multi-department projects, and communicate on behalf of the Sales Team.

### WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
* 2+ years of experience of successfully leading a team and 5+ years in sales.
* Experience with international B2B markets.
* Proven experience of business processes successful launch, optimization, and improvement with a focus on business results.
* Strong expertise in project-management (scrum methodology, project management tools, project cycle, project attributes — sync meetings, backlog management, demo, retro, etc.).
* Expertise in sales processes, key stages, and goals.
* Analytical mindset, familiar with key sales metrics and process effectiveness indicators.
* Critical thinking and systematic approach at work, with a focus on standards of the high quality of the result.
* Strong in communication, affiliate behavior in disputes, desire to find the best solution for all participants.
* Energetic, flexible, and proactive, able to drive processes independently.
* Experienced CRM user.
* Advanced in Excel/Google Spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookup, sumif, index, match, etc.).
* Advanced spoken and written English (C1 minimum level).
