We are looking for a Business Development specialist to join our Sales Department. You will have one of the key roles at the company. Long term position.

Particles Global Inc. (PG) provides IT outsourcing services, focusing on the markets of European countries and the USA. PG offers several models of cooperation to its customers (which is our advantage), already serving amazing businesses out of Sweden, Finland, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and the USA. 

We are looking for a Business Development to join our Sales Department. 

You will work in a close interaction with the Co-founder, Sales department, Marketing and Recruitment departments, the Project manager and the Solutions Architect, playing an important role in the whole Sales process, from the initial calls with the clients till the start dates of the projects, and further.

Must have skills 

 

1. 1+ years of proven experience in Sales in IT industry 

2. Experience working in CRM and with LinkedIn Sales Navigator 

3. Good understanding of written and spoken English 

4. Experience in systematic, analytical work 

5. Charismatic and vivid personality 

6. Strong organizational skills 

7. 100% readiness to improve business English 

8. 100% willingness to grow professionally 

9. Money orientation 

10. Positive thinking 

11. Persistence 

12. Curiosity 

 

Nice to have 

 

• Deep understanding of computer software and related industries 

• Experience in marketing

• Be well organized and focused on the work processes; 

• Conduct online and offline meetings with potential clients, sometimes involving a PM or a Solutions Architect; 

• Manage and work closely with the Lead generation specialists (be their mentor); 

• Do the research of the IT market via different channels in order to determine and lead correspondence with numerous potential clients; 

• Work in the CRM in a proper, efficient way; 

• Create proposals (together with the Co-founders and the PM); 

• Develop new ways of the search and sales processes; 

• Master your skills in business negotiations;
