We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
To meet/exceed monthly & annual sales targets on a direct B2B selling “hunter” role.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including cold outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales initiatives and maximize customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Qualifications:
A self-driven, target-oriented individual with at least 5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS technology.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven expertise in managing international clients.
Proficiency in utilising the latest lead generation, professional networking, CRM and tracking tools for effective sales management in the SaaS industry.
Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, IT, or any other relevant field.
Excellent presentation skills & strong command of English both written and verbal is a must.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
