We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • To meet/exceed monthly & annual sales targets on a direct B2B selling “hunter” role.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including cold outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales initiatives and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • A self-driven, target-oriented individual with at least 5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven expertise in managing international clients.
  • Proficiency in utilising the latest lead generation, professional networking, CRM and tracking tools for effective sales management in the SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, IT, or any other relevant field.
  • Excellent presentation skills & strong command of English both written and verbal is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
