What from you ?

• English language level B2;
• Knowledge and experience of working with the MS Office package;
• Attention and desire to develop, to be a team player.

It will be a plus :

• Having work experience as a sales manager.

Responsibilities :

• Work with incoming and outgoing telephony;
• Communication with foreign customers,
• advisory assistance by phone in English and Russian, as well as by e-mail;
• Assistance in registration and support of the client until the moment of receipt of the order;
• Client billing and debt control.
