LAB325 is an ambitious small size technology company specializing in full-cycle mobile app and web platform development.  As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Manager to join our team and facilitate effective communication between clients and our tech team while also leading the existing lead generation process using platforms like Upwork.

We are looking for a talented Sales and Account Manager who will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, leading the existing lead generation process, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within target industries, including embedded systems, online universities, automotive solutions, and others, through effective lead generation activities.
  • Lead and optimize the existing lead generation process, utilizing platforms such as Upwork to identify and connect with potential leads.
  • Nurture client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Actively participate in initial client meetings to understand project requirements, gather information, and provide guidance on the feasibility and technical aspects of the project.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech team to translate client requirements into project specifications, ensuring accurate project calculations.
  • Provide accurate and timely project cost estimates to clients, based on inputs from the tech team.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, highlighting LAB325's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and materials that effectively promote LAB325's services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends, particularly in mobile app and web platform development, to effectively consult clients and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management within the technology industry, preferably in mobile app and web platform development.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing client accounts.
  • Proven experience in lead generation activities and utilizing platforms like Upwork to identify and connect with potential leads.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, particularly in mobile app and web platform development.
