Currently, we are looking for a Sales manager to join the team.

🔹 Responsibilities 

  • Identify opportunities for growth: new channels, domains, events 
  • Collaborate closely with the team to devise and execute strategic sales plans. 
  • Actively participate in conferences and events to prospect for potential clients. 
  • Conduct qualification calls with leads, ensuring a positive initial impression. 
  • Nurture leads through diverse outbound channels. 
  • Generate potential opportunities and oversee deals until successful closure. 
  • Work collaboratively with the pre-sales team to craft compelling proposals. 
  • Maintain the leads database efficiently within the CRM. 
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing sales development activities. 

 

🔹 Requirements 

  • 3 years of relevant work experience in business development role in similar industry 
  • Understanding of software development and cloud services 
  • Experience in leads management and pre-sales 
  • Experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques 
  • Practical background in using CRM systems (ie. HubspotCRM) 
  • Advanced writing skills 
  • Solid communication and relationship management skills 
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) 
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to continuous improvement


🔹 Would be a plus 

  • Previous experience with cloud migration and modernisation projects 
  • Understanding of Microsoft ecosystem and products, Azure in particular
